Looking for guidance on best practices for photo preservation? In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to recognize various photographic processes ranging from daguerreotypes to inkjet prints, study preservation problems associated with specific processes, and learn about storage concerns and preservation priorities, including environmental guidelines, enclosures, and proper care and handling.
Note: This in-person workshop, hosted by the Northeast Document Conservation Center, will count towards 2 Archival Recertification Credits (ARCs) through the Academy of Certified Archivists for eligible participants.
